Woolworth Groups Internal Hub Accessibility Redesign
Everyday tasks like submitting leave or accessing workplace support on the internal hub were inaccessible to thousands of Woolworths team members across AU and NZ - and was non-compliant with legal WCAG standards. I owned the entire UX/UI and BA scope to fix this problem - from site-wide audit to shipping accessible components with Dev and QA.
